Daphne is the only child in her family, born under challenging circumstances. Her
mother gave birth to her while still in school, and upon seeking support from Daphne’s
father, she was met with denial and abandonment. Unable to care for Daphne, the
mother entrusted her to Daphne’s maternal grandmother when she was just one year
old.
Since then, Daphne has been raised by her grandmother, who, despite being
paralyzed and visually impaired, has shown unwavering commitment to Daphne’s
education and well-being. The grandmother’s dream is for Daphne to complete her
studies through university, hoping to shield her from the hardships that her own
daughter endured.
 
Daphne loves to play dodgeball and enjoys studying English.
