Joshua would like to become a Bishop someday! Going to school would help him achieve his goals but his pareants can not pay his school fees.  Much of their meager monthly income goes towards the care of their sick daughter.
 
Paying his school fees would give Joshua the very best chance to succeed and help provide for his family someday.
