Pastors and vicars who are part of the Lutheran Church of Uganda often travel long distances to minister to the multiple congregations they serve. Hiring transport can be expensive and sometimes impossible.

Pedals for Pastors is one solution! Connect to Uganda hopes to provide funding for the LCU to purchase sturdy bicycles for as many pastors and vicars as possible. Your gift of any amount will make that a reality!

Everywhere you go in Uganda, kids are playing soccer ("football")! Sadly, most of the games are played with makeshift balls that don't last long. They are made from trash, banana leaves, and strips of old fabric.

Connect to Uganda knows that play is important for kids all over the world. We purchase sturdy soccer balls in the US and deliver them during our trips to Uganda. There is no better way to guarantee a smile!
